Top Ten Tuesday - Popular Books that Lived Up to the Hype



Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. Top Ten Tuesday was originally created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

 Here is a list of popular books I felt lived up to the hype!

    I have read The Help and loved it. It was amazing and the movie was great too. The only other book I've read is the Part-Time Indian and I didn't care for it at all. I had to read it for a college course but I was looking forward to it.

    I could never get all ge way through The Help, but it is one I would be willing to try again, and The Giver definitely lived up to expectations for me, the only thing that let it down was the ending was a bit confusing...

    The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is one of my all-time favourites. I think I've read it two or three times now and it DEFINITELY lived up to the hype.
