In seeking out more book titles about menopause,
I came across the above video on YouTube!
I stumbled across Dr. Heather Hirsch's YouTube channel
while using the search term 'best menopause books'.
Since Dr. Hirsch's video was uploaded to YouTube
relatively recently and was under 11 minutes in length,
I decided to watch it. I'm sure glad I watched the video as Dr. Hirsch provided nice information regarding each book
and why she picked them.
The above video offers other books to consider reading when learning more about menopause.
