I love Robert Heinlein's Space Cadet, Farmer in the Sky and Have Spacesuit Will Travel. I read those books over and over again growing up. More recently I've really enjoyed the more space opera novels of Jessie Mihalik. :D
My all-time favorite is "Dune" and the whole series that followed.
