I've just had this conversation with a friend who said, I think you have to read a certain book and she didn't enjoy it. I said, no, you only have to read what you enjoy. No matter what.
To be a reader you just have to read!

DeleteEspecially if you come to our age where we don't need to write a dissertation about it any more. ;)
DeleteSome books simply don't require a dissertation.
DeleteAnd even if they do, it's not our task anymore. ;)
